Junior Account Executive
Strategic 7 Marketing is seeking a full-time Junior Account Executive to support and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns for our portfolio of clients.

The Junior Account Executive will:
- Support the agency’s initiatives with planning, executing, and tracking of client marketing programs such as email, digital advertising, lead generation, social media management and content marketing
- Source relevant images and graphics for various projects
- Work directly with the client and agency team to produce content that generates results
- Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels
- Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques
- Provide ongoing proactive strategic ideas and approaches to marketing the agency and its clients
- Distribute content including articles and ebooks that build an engaged audience
Projects to include:
- Managing website design, development, and website updates
- Lead generation and lead nurturing campaigns
- HubSpot CRM implementation and management
- Keyword research and search engine optimization
- Google Ads setup and management
- Web analytics reporting
- Social media content planning and posting
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of B2B marketing experience
- Agency experience a plus
- Must be proficient in HubSpot with certifications a plus
- Working knowledge of HubSpot and WordPress content management system (CMS) platforms
- Working knowledge of Google Ad platform
- Working knowledge of SEO and SEM strategy, keyword research and related software
- In-depth knowledge of current digital trends, digital marketing tools and best practices for implementation of strategic marketing tactics
- Research and analytical skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- An understanding of Inbound Marketing
- Must have strong project management skills, writing skills and attention to detail
- Organizational and time management skills
