Its advanced protective properties provide unrivaled durability to protect wheels from brake dust burns, alloy wheel corrosion, car wash chemicals, seasonal street chemicals and salt. The protective coatings come in a variety of high-end finishes that allow consumers to further customize their cars.
Wheel Craft was launching a new brand as well as a new direct-to-consumer marketing plan and needed a system to manage all of its newly developed marketing assets including website, videos, custom graphics, emails, social messages and more.
This direct to consumer approach also differed from the company’s previous B2B-focused sales efforts and required a fully functioning CRM to track leads, prospects and customers across its sales team without confusion.
Starting with the website as the core of Wheel Craft’s revamped marketing efforts, we chose the HubSpot content management system (CMS) to build and manage the new website. By building the new site directly in HubSpot, all new website leads now funneled seamlessly into the full suite of HubSpot Software products we later added, allowing the client to log in to a single portal to make website updates (CMS Hub), draft social posts (Marketing Hub), craft promotional marketing emails (Sales Hub), check the sales pipeline (CRM), follow up on customer satisfaction (Service Hub) and more.
The one-portal solution immediately streamlined Wheel Craft’s sales and marketing efforts and allowed the client to spend more time on customer service and follow-up and less time on data entry and management.
