Goldin Peiser & Peiser (GPP) is a Dallas based, mid-sized CPA firm that provides comprehensive accounting, tax and business advisory services to hundreds of privately owned business.

The Challenge

GPP was looking to meaningfully increase revenue via new client acquisition. Realizing it could not rely alone on a traditional referral-based business development model, GPP came to us seeking a website that would:

  • Help it acquire new clients
  • Position the firm as thought leaders in key
    industry niches
  • Improve its SEO ranking
  • Generate more organic website traffic
  • Implement enhancements based on real-time user data and feedback

The Solution

We implemented a Growth Driven Design approach for GPP, beginning with a launch pad site that included all of the essential “need to have” pages for the initial launch—services, industries, team pages, etc. Doing so allowed us to launch the site in a third less time than a full-scale version of it would have taken. Then, by using behavior analytics tools, we made updates to the website based on user feedback, engagement and site interactions. We later added the “want to have” functionalities to the site to make it whole. We also continued to tweak and improve GPP’s search engine rankings based on findings from our monthly monitoring. We were also able to utilize user polls to gauge the content interest of visitors and incorporated that feedback into GPP’s content development planning.

  • 39% increase in organic search traffic
  • 284% increase in blog traffic
  • 66% decrease in bounce rate
  • 18% lead conversion rate
  • $310,000 in new engagements
