Combi’s existing website was built on a Drupal CMS that had become outdated and difficult to manage. Making updates required technical effort, which limited the marketing team’s ability to respond quickly, refresh content, or support ongoing campaigns.
More importantly, the site was not effectively supporting lead generation. It lacked the flexibility and integration needed to connect marketing activity with sales follow-up, making it harder to track performance and tie digital engagement to revenue.
As part of a broader 2024 marketing initiative, Combi needed a modern website that could serve as the foundation for consolidating sales and marketing efforts within HubSpot—and act as a stronger driver of qualified leads.
As the first phase of Combi’s larger HubSpot implementation, we led a full website redesign and CMS migration.
We moved the site from Drupal to HubSpot CMS, using the POWER CMS theme to accelerate development while maintaining flexibility and scalability. The redesign focused on creating a site that Combi’s internal team could manage independently while supporting stronger sales and marketing alignment.
