About ETI Construction

ETI Construction is a Chicago-based general contractor serving the commercial, multifamily and residential construction markets throughout the Chicagoland area.

As ETI continued to grow, leadership recognized the need for a modern website that better reflected the scale, credibility and sophistication of the organization while supporting sales conversations and lead generation. The existing site functioned primarily as a static brochure and no longer aligned with how ETI positioned itself in the market or how the sales team engaged prospects.

The Challenge

ETI’s previous website no longer reflected the reality of the business. While the company had strong branding elements and a solid portfolio of work, the site felt outdated, visually cluttered and inconsistent across devices. It lacked a clear narrative around ETI’s services, process and Chicago market presence and it was not generating enough qualified inquiries.

As a result, ETI’s team often had to compensate during sales conversations by verbally explaining services, clarifying scope and addressing credibility gaps that should have been resolved online.

Key challenges included unclear positioning, limited mobile usability, weak conversion paths and insufficient support for sales conversations. The website needed to do more than look better—it needed to actively support business development.

The Solution

We began with a comprehensive website strategy session to align ETI’s business goals, audience needs, and sales objectives before any design or development work began.

The solution included:

  • Clear positioning and messaging to articulate ETI’s expertise and Chicago market focus
  • A modern, intuitive design system that elevated visual credibility
  • Streamlined service architecture to improve clarity for prospects
  • Project-focused storytelling to showcase real-world experience
  • Sales-supportive conversion paths to encourage qualified inquiries
  • Mobile optimization and an SEO-ready foundation aligned with priority keywords

Each element was designed to move the website beyond a marketing asset and into a practical sales tool that reinforced credibility and supported real conversations.

The Results

The new ETI website now functions as a true sales and marketing asset. It positions ETI as a trusted Chicago-based general contractor, improves clarity around services, builds confidence through visuals and portfolio examples and supports higher-quality inquiries.

Since launch, the website has provided ETI with a clearer sales narrative, stronger first impressions and a more effective foundation for business development, particularly when introducing services and showcasing project experience. Early results include improved engagement, stronger inquiry quality, and a platform that better supports ETI’s growth trajectory.

With clearer positioning, service definitions and project storytelling in place, ETI’s sales team no longer needs to compensate for gaps during early conversations. The website now establishes credibility and context upfront, allowing sales discussions to focus on scope, fit and next steps rather than explanation or clarification.

Most importantly, the website now aligns marketing efforts with sales goals, helping turn visibility and credibility into real business opportunities.

This project reflects Strategic 7 Marketing’s approach to website design and development—combining strategy messaging, and execution to create digital assets that actively support growth.

The Impact

The ETI Construction website redesign transformed the site from a static brochure into a practical sales tool that actively supports business development. By clarifying positioning, improving mobile usability, and strengthening conversion paths, the new website now resolves key credibility and clarity gaps before prospects ever speak with the sales team.

As a result, ETI gained a stronger first impression, more confident sales conversations, and higher-quality inquiries. This project demonstrates how Strategic 7 Marketing builds websites that align marketing with sales—helping visibility and credibility translate into real growth opportunities.
