The Challenge

Roll-Kraft had a wide-ranging library of technical content spread throughout its website and other channels such as YouTube. Customers wanted a better way to easily search, filter and access all of the technical content in one location.

The Solution

Utilizing a third-party advanced search module, we created a brand-new Resource Center for the site. The new Resource Center allowed the user to search and filter through multiple content types such as articles, videos, downloadable e-books and interactive calculators. Results are updated in real time as additional filters or search keywords are entered.

The Results

The Resource Center proved very popular with visitors. A recent review of Google Analytics over the past 90 days showed the following:

  • The Resource Center was the second most viewed page on the site (behind the home page)
  • 3.62 page views per user (highest on the site) showed that visitors were conducting multiple searches/filters to find more content
  • High engagement – more than 2/3 of users scroll down at least 90% of the page length
