Cleveland-based Medic Management Group (Medic) is a healthcare consulting firm that provides full managed service organization (MSO) along with a wide range of consulting and advisory services to a client base that ranges from small physician practices to complex, multibillion-dollar health systems.

The Challenge

The healthcare consulting space is overcrowded with firms that all profess an unmatched expertise for helping physician practices and healthcare providers with business improvement solutions and support services. This has created a perception that has reduced even the best and most experienced advisors to be viewed as simple “commodity experts.” Medic came to us looking for a website design team that would elevate them above the fray. 

The Solution

We first conducted a thorough website strategy session with Medic’s leadership team. This strategic first step forced Medic’s leadership team to think about their firm, service offerings and marketing strategy in a way they had never considered. During the strategy session, we empowered Medic’s leadership team to clarify their value proposition and determined their online goals. They required a fresh look and streamlined user experience. As they provide a huge breadth of service offerings that is not well-known, the website needed to clearly define and communicate its value proposition and service offerings, improve firm credibility and brand recognition and enhance its ability to develop new business opportunities.

As part of our redesign strategy, we aimed to simplify content management and future updates for the Medic team. We accomplished this by rebuilding the site within the HubSpot CMS, where content could easily be updated through the use of WYSIWYG editors and visual drag-and-drop components.

The Results

The new Medic website is a much more engaging visitor experience and more clearly presents Medic’s services and target audiences. The site also consists of a brand-new team listing page, adding a personal feel to the overall site while demonstrating the expertise of the Medic client service team.
